By accessing or using this site, the public developer entry points, preview environments, or by submitting information to Octopus Group through forms, you agree to be bound by these terms. You may use the site and related entry points to understand product capability, assess partnerships, perform developer evaluation, request a demo, or communicate with the team. You agree not to use these entry points for unlawful, abusive, intrusive, destructive, high-volume, or bypass-related activity.

Public developer demos and preview environments may be used only for reasonable testing and evaluation and must not be treated as production commitments.

If you receive access to developer entry points, integration credentials, or dedicated preview environments, you are responsible for the use of those credentials, your request behavior, and the data you submit. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, preview environments, test keys, and evaluation interfaces must not be used for live production workloads.

You must ensure that your submissions, integration design, and request behavior do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law, contracts, or regulatory obligations.

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, copy, design, diagrams, technical descriptions, and related materials on this site are owned by Octopus Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, mirror, or reuse them in a misleading way.

Technical descriptions, developer materials, and demo information on the site are provided to explain platform capability and integration paths and should not be interpreted as granting any default commercial license, patent license, or source-code usage right.

The corporate site, developer entry points, and public preview services are provided on an “as is” basis. We aim to keep content accurate and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Octopus Group is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, opportunity loss, or business interruption arising from access to, use of, or inability to use these sites and preview environments.
